Chit Chat

Blake said "bubbles" today for the first time while we were playing at the park with some friends. He also has another word that he likes to say, "sit." But if you use your imagination a little, you can guess what else this word may sound like coming out of his mouth!!! And of course, "no" is becoming very popular. He says it quite a bit, but isn't really sure what he means by it...yet!

Sunny Florida & The Bahamas

Our recent trips to Florida and The Bahamas-at the Atlantis, Paradise Island.

Tiger Who?

Looks like a future PGA member. Now that we are home, he still loves playing golf, just like daddy.

Watch Out Michael Jordan!

We just bought the greatest gift ever for Blake, a basketball hoop, just his size! Daddy and Blake played ball last night and I don't know who had more fun!

Blake & His Tubby Animals

Blake likes to play in the tub-even when it's not tubby time. So we dump all of his animals in there, I call them out one by one and he picks them up.

He's Climbing!

Blake just discovered his ability to climb and he gets right up on the bench and sits there - very proud of himself!

Soooo stylish!!!

I think our little man is beginning to try and say a few words. "Cat" seems to be a favorite right now, it sounds more like "tat" though, but he points to the cat when he says it. He also points to dogs in a book and says something that sounds like, "duh." And just tonight he repeated me when I said, "uh-oh" and made the hand gestures too! More importantly he says "dada" a lot. He doesn't quite address Daryl as dada, but when we say it, he starts looking all around until he finds him. He know who mommy is too, but doesn't say "mama" much, unfortunately.
